Process Manager

Key Accountabilities

• In charge of Production Technology Department and team management, make sure to have very good communication and collaboration with each relative department from SQC, BON, SFE etc.
• Responsible for defining and updating SOP and WI, monitoring the execution of these documents.
• Have the process safety assessment to guarantee SQC site under good safety.
• Continuously improved stable and higher quality in baking / graphitization / Pitch Impregnation / MFA with tools, the control plan for each process, problem solving method, suitable tools etc.
• Continuously effective cost reduction in ISO products baking /graphitization/Pitch Impregnation process and MFA process by fixtures, tools etc.
• Lead team to do new product introduction and the production trails to optimize the processes.
• Deeply involve in, even work as the technical leader for process relative CAPEX investment and equipment maintenance/repairing.
• Support OMS management with some lean tools and continuous improvement.

Experience：

• With more than 10 years team management experience.
• Initial experience in the field of process engineering is desirable.
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and structured approach as well as hands-on mentality, affinity for large amounts of data.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to share knowledge.

Skills:

• Major in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Good English communication skills, ability to reason, leadership skills, good ability to judge, authority, reliability, trustable.
• Lead and motivate direct reporting co-workers, interface between different departments production people, engineering quality sales, technology etc..
• Quick comprehension, logical thinking, fun to find the real root cause.
