Process Manager

Summary of job content:

• To optimize and rationalize production routines.

• To monitor, analyze, control, and improve production process.

• To initiate, conduct and evaluate production trials.

• To participate in realization of the product & production projects.

 

Key Accountabilities:

• Continuously improved stable and higher quality in baking /graphitizaiton /Pitch Impregnation/MFA;

• Continuoulsy effective cost reduction in ISO products baking /graphitization/Pitch Impregnation process and MFA process; • Support on effective and efficient quality inspection system;

• Timely and effective communication with lead PE;

• Supporting process efficiency improvements by introducing and maintaining projects; providing trainings in product and production technology.

 

Experience:

• Initial experience in the field of process engineering is desirable.

• Initiative, sense of responsibility and structured approach as well as hands-on mentality.

• Affinity for large amounts of data.

• Experience in dealing with production control systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a team and willingness to share knowledge.

 

Skills:

• Study of Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

• Good English communication skills, ability to reason, leadership skills, good ability to judge, authority, reliability, trustable.

• Is able to Lead and motivate direct reporting coworkers, interface between different departments production people , engineering quality sales, technology etc..

• Quick comprehension, logical thinking, fun to get to find the real root cause.
