Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Roles：
职责：
1. Manage the maintenance & engineering team and control the annual budget.
管理维修和工程团队，控制好年度预算。
2. Managing maintenance & engineering budget and work plan.
管理维修和工程预算及工作计划。
3. Organization and prepare the preventative maintenance plan and efficiently implement.
组织和准备预防性维护计划，并有效实施。
4. Analysis the disciplinarian of the facilities faults and prepare efficient measure to reduce the outburst trouble rate of the facilities.
分析设备故障的规律，制定有效的措施，降低设备突出故障率。
5. Analysis the spare parts consumption and prepare the reasonable inventory and purchasing request.
分析备件的消耗，制定合理的库存和采购要求。
6. Monitor to improve the maintenance Efficiency and quality.
监控以提高维修效率和质量。
7. Upgrade to rebuild the facilities according the technical require.
根据技术规范改进各项设备设施。
8. Assemble and coordinate project staff.
组织和协调项目人员。
9. Direct and manage project development and implementation.
指导和管理项目开发和实施。
10. Constantly monitor and report on progress.
持续监控并报告工作进展。

Experience:
经验要求：
1. University degree ideally within a mechanical or automation related discipline. 
大学毕业于机械或电气相关专业
2. A minimum 10-year production experience within a production or manufacturing environment. 
10年以上制造业工作经验。
3. Excellent spoken as well as written English.
熟练运用英语。

Skills:
技能要求：
1. Excellent people management, leadership as well as mentoring skills. 
善于人员管理，具有较好的领导力，具备相关的技术知识及方法论。
2. Experienced in project management and factory building experience
丰富的维修及项目管理经验
3. Strong business ethics and high integrity.
