Production Operator

As we continue to grow and develop our operations, we are looking for new Production Operators to join our plant in Valencia, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals that are hardworking and keen to be part of an existing business that continues to grow. As appropriate, the efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment and machinery, associated with both the segment and filters businesses.

What to expect:

• Complete documentation as required as part of traceability system
• Minimize waste by effective use of materials and equipment
• Carry out product inspection and report defects to supervisor
• Loading and unloading of raw materials and completed products as required
• Good housekeeping of work area and removal of waste product, in line with 5S requirements
• Complying with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
• Undertake reasonable duties and tasks as required by Management

What we're looking for:

• Proven production experience, preferably from within a similar environment
• Able to demonstrate experience of working to statutory and company requirements on Health and Safety, Quality and Environment
• Evidence of setting high work standards and a commitment to quality
• Evidence of adaptability and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to operate successfully and effectively in a team
• Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $17.00 - 18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week, OT as needed

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Overnight shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
