Aftermarket Sales Coordinator

This position is responsible for coordination of technical sales support activities including updating CRM and ITO status, customer requests, and engineering changes. This position serves as a communication hub between the customer, sales, engineering and production to assure up to date information is provided in a timely manner. 



  • Establishes effective customer relationships and provides a high standard of service to 
    internal and external customers. 
  • Supports sales team in correct execution of business processes by administering “inquiry to order”, quote, order, accounts receivables and complaint processes. 
  • Supports After Sales Manager in parts & service activities (quotations, orders, customer feedback). 
  • Enters and completes quotations for Process Technology in SAP, CRM and provides them to the client in a timely basis in cooperation with the responsible sales manager/staff. 
  • Answers internal queries and serves as a backup for sales in the case of general customer queries. 
  • Tracks and updates all core sales activities, e.g. market/customer/competitive information, PT projects, resource allocation, action lists. Gathers necessary data and updates all relevant sales information in CRM, ITO, DMS, and other related systems. 
  • Assist Sales Managers in organization of business trips, meetings, events, special projects, and other sales events. 
  • Supports the implementation of Export Control Policies and other related policies and procedures.


Your Profile:

  • 2+ years experience in Sales support, After Sales support and/or support of Supply Chain functions.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction (internal/external).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Strong Customer relationship building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills to include: excel, power point, word.
  • SAP knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Preferred experience with SAP and CRM.
  • Preferred experience with international trading (ie. Certificate of Origin, Tariff Classification, etc.)
