HR Assistant (Temporary position)

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department at the St Marys and Sinking Spring facilities.  This is a temporary, part-time position lasting 3-4 months in duration.  

 

Your Opportunity: 

  • Support site recruitment - schedule interviews, calling candidate references, etc.  
  • Support new hire orientation and onboarding. 
  • Personnel file management - scan and file documents within Aconso system. 
  • Job description review and update document template. 
  • Additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned. 

 

Your Profile: 

  • 2-year degree in Business-related field
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products. 
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
