Demand Analyst, Supply Chain

Your Opportunity: 

  • Operational responsibility for the monthly and quarterly sales planning routine at the interface between production and sales for the EIS business line. 
  • Development and operational execution of analyses to improve forecasting of sales planning and thus input for production planning. 
  • Coordination of the monthly/quarterly forecasting process including challenging the forecasts subnitted and achieving consensus with sales. 
  • Responsibility for creating and maintaining demand plans in SAP. 
  • Newly created position with freedom for conceptual development of this role and the planning process. 
  • Drive continuous improvements in sales planning. 
  • Project management and implementation of Integrated Business Planning for the EIS business line. 

 

Your Profile: 

  • Successful completion of a degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering or a related field with preferably several years of professional experience in interface functions. 
  • Experience in forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning. 
  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of statistics. 
  • Desire to work with data and developing concepts. 
  • Desire to work on an international global team. 
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel and basic knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work independently. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
