Technical Sales Manager_Semiconductor
Main Responsibilities:
岗位职责:
1. Forecast the material planning based on customers’ solid requirements and the alignment with SCM, achieve the OMP.
基于客户可靠需求,与供应链充分沟通后制定材料需求计划,实现销售目标。
2. Responsible for all commercial sections including quotation, contract terms negotiation, lead time confirmation, delivery follow-up and account receivable collection etc.
负责一切与客户有关的商务工作,包括 报价、合同条款谈判、交期确认、发货跟进、应收账款催收等。
3. Establish relationship with new or potential customers. Maintain the relationship with assigned customers. Strengthen the partnership with key accounts.
与新客户或潜在客户建立关系,维护现有客户关系,提升和加强与重要客户的合作关系。
4. Keep eyes on market changes and competition, and keep update to Sales Head China.
紧密关注市场变化与竞争情况,并保持更新给中国区销售总监。
5. In-depth knowledge of customer applications and techniques, provide the reliable solution to customer.
深入了解客户端应用和工艺,提供可靠方案给客户。
6. Well interactions with global function and local team.
与全球职能部门和本土团队,进行良好的合作与互动。
Main Requirements:

1. Experienced in the applications including semiconductor, optical fiber and PV.
对于半导体、光纤、光伏领域的应用,有着丰富的经验。
2. Over 10 years’ marketing & sales and technical support background.
超过十年的销售及技术支持工作背景。
3. Good communication of listening, speaking, writing skills
良好的沟通技能。
