Quality Inspector

Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection of graphite components during machining. Timely identify, detect, and document any quality issues that occur, preventing non-conforming products from flowing into the next process or reaching customers.
2. According to the product quality acceptance standards, implement incoming inspection of purchased components and record the results.
3. Conduct patrol inspections during the assembly process, and perform a final comprehensive inspection after assembly is complete.
4. Inspect the leakage tests of pressure-bearing graphite components and perform overall hydrostatic tests, recording the results; be responsible for the pressure tests and leakage tests of graphite tubes, and record the findings.
5. According to the product traceability regulations, implement traceability control throughout the production process and correct any non-conformities.
6. Track the handling of non-conforming products.
7. Able to travel to different locations to inspect products such as steel components at suppliers' sites.


Main Responsibilities:
1. Associate degree or above
2. More than three years of experience in quality control and product inspection within mechanical processing
3. With experience in the daily maintenance of measuring tools is preferred
4. Skilled in operating various measuring instruments such as calipers and thickness gauges
5. Proficient in reading mechanical processing and equipment assembly drawings
