Packing Process & Operations Excellence Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
主要职责:
1.Digest and absorb customer's packaging specifications, feedback deviation, timely and accurate preparation of packaging process and packing list and other documents that meet customer's requirements.
消化吸收客户的包装规范，反馈偏差，及时准确地编制符合客户要求的包装工艺和包装清单等文件。
2.Continuously optimize the packaging process and packaging workflow, improve the quality and efficiency of packaging, control and reduce packaging cost.
持续优化包装工艺和包装工作流程，提高包装的质量和效率，控制和降低包装成本。
3.Actively communicate and coordinate with internal order execution team and external packaging suppliers to follow up and resolve process issues during packaging operations in a timely manner. 
积极沟通协调内部订单执行团队和外部包装供应商，及时跟进和解决包装作业过程中出现的工艺问题。
4.Responsible to apply lean manufacturing related methods and tools (e.g., Kanban management, 5S, Gemba Walk, etc.) to solve problems in the production process 
负责运用精益生产相关方法和工具（例如看板管理、5S管理、走动管理等），解决生产过程中的问题。 
5.Responsible for the management of the CAPEX program. 
负责CAPEX项目的管理。
6.Responsible to promote and maintain SGT's OMS standards with a special focus on process improvement. Improve production efficiency and quality, reduce production costs by implementing and maintaining easy-to-understand SOPs in production while ensuring safety.
负责推动和维护SGT的运营管理系统标准，特别关注流程的改进。通过在生产中实施和维护易于理解的标准，在确保安全的前提下，提高生产效率和质量，降低生产成本。
7.Perform others duties as assigned by line manager.  
完成由主管经理安排的其他工作。

Main Requirements:
技能要求：
1.Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical or engineering education background.
本科及以上学历,机械或工程专业教育背景。
2.3 or more years of experience in packaging process and production process positions in the machinery manufacturing industry.
3年及以上机械制造行业包装工艺、生产工艺岗位工作经验。
3.English ability equivalent to CET4 and above, able to communicate proficiently in English for work purposes.
英语能力相当CET4及以上，能够熟练地用英语进行工作上的交流。
4.Proficient in the use of drafting software such as AUTOCAD/Solid Edge  and office software such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
能够熟练使用AUTOCAD/Solid Edge等绘图软件和Word/Excel/ PowerPoint / Outlook等办公软件。
5.Strong team player, good communication skills and ability to cope with pressure.
有很强的团队精神，良好的沟通技巧和承压能力。
