Mechanical Designer

岗位职责：
1.根据设计标准和订单的具体要求，使用Solidedge进行设备的详细机械设计。
2.根据GB或者其他计算标准进行机械设计，对三维设计有广泛的了解，并能在设计过程中考虑设备的性能和经济性。
3.依据当地标准，法规（如GB, EN,ASME,等）进行机械强度计算（使用SW6等计算软件）。
4.在设备的使用寿命周期内作为技术负责人对产品提供技术支持。
5.使用相关设计软件进行建模并生产相关工程图，使用SAP软件创建相关物料号和生成物料清单（中文/英文）
6.与全球机械设计进行合作。
7.对原材料进行工艺排版，以便获得更高的材料利用率。
8.为设备运输包装提供工艺技术支持。
9.能和生产制造保持紧密联系，充当设计和制造的桥梁作用，为设备的生产工艺提供有力的技术支持。
10.由主管经理安排的其他工作。

 

岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，机械类及化工类专业
2.至少3年化工类设备设计工作经验，有压力容器类设计为佳
3.良好的英文读写能力
4.很好的3D软件操作能力
