维修技术员

岗位职责：
1. 通过设备保养指导书有效的了解现场设备的保养内容，并按照计划进行实施；

2. 了解备品备件的使用状况，配合完成备品备件的管理工作；

3. 对于设备PM实施时遇到的问题要有一定辨别能力，且及时反馈；

4. 完成PM工单的填写并存档；

5. 根据作业指导书完成相关区域的TPM培训计划，并加以实施及监督；

6. 可以独立完成日常的维修工作；

7. 由主管经理安排的其他工作。

 

岗位要求：
1. 高中及高中以上学历；

2. 具有一定数控设备维修经验；

3. 了解数控机床的PM，TPM工作；

4. 熟悉一般修理和维护工作，了解机械传动、电器、液压、气动及润滑系统；

5. 熟悉维修操作规程，如预防性维护、TPM、备品备件等。
