维修技术员

岗位职责：
1. 建立预防性维护系统，如：预防性维护年度计划，维护检查表，维护工作指导书及确保有效执行.
2. 参与设备故障维修及细致分析和总结故障原因
3. 发展持续改进文化和加快学习及分享的速度，尤其是经验教训的分享，培训操作人员等
4. 维护好内外部的客户和资源，确保外部的服务和技术支持在紧急情况下能得到
5. 遵守SGL的规章制度。
6. 遵守安全管理相关的法规和制度，例如（挂牌上锁，劳防用品，特种作业，供应商管理等）
7. 领导安排的其他任务
8. 工作需要倒班

 

岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，电气自动化相关专业
2. 熟悉数控系统，最好是西门子系统
3. 熟悉设备的机械，电气，液压，气动及润滑系统
4. 熟悉西门子PLC S7-300 或S7-400
5. 有丰富的解决电气故障经验
6. 有良好的沟通技巧，特别是横向沟通技巧
7. 持有低压电工证
