纯化工程师

岗位职责：
1. 编写和更新作业指导书、工艺技术流程、持续改善建议、OPL
2. 编写工艺技能考核题库，定期考核操作人员对工艺技能的掌握情况
3. 编写采购技术需求，确保纯化常用备件、耗材、工具的供应
4. 负责纯化热场备件的设计、加工、收货和库存管理
5. 协调和组织操作人员开展设备保养，热场安装和维护
6. 安排设备工艺性能测试，样件送检和结果分析
7. 优化现有工艺流程，提高质量、效率，降低成本
8. 定期审核现场工艺的执行，处理工艺相关的异常问题
9. 公司交办的其他事项

 

岗位要求：
1. 材料科学或化学工程本科及以上
2. 1年以上真空热处理或化工行业工作经验优先
3. 具备较强的沟通表达能力，能指导和培训操作人员
4. 能够独立工作，并具有良好的团队协作能力
5. 具有较强逻辑思维和灵活应变能力
6. 能用英语进行日常工作沟通（听、说、写）
7. 熟悉MS Office办公软件
8. 了解MS Power Platform常见应用
9. 具备ISO 9002质量体系的基本知识
