Main Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1. To set up Preventive Maintenance system, such as PM Annual Schedule, PM checklists, PM Working Instruction and ensure well     implemented.
   建立预防性维护系统，如：预防性维护年度计划，维护检查表，维护工作指导书及确保有效执行
2. To take part in breakdown maintenance and detailed downtime analysis should be in place for each breakdown.
   参与故障维修及细致分析和总结故障原因
3. To initiate heavy repair based upon equipment performance.
   根据设备状态制定和实施大修计划。
4. To develop continuous improvement culture and increase the speed of learning and sharing, especially for lessons learned from breakdown, training to machine operators, and etc..
   发展持续改进文化和加快学习及分享的速度，尤其是经验教训的分享，培训操作人员等
5. To be responsible for spare parts purchasing with the consideration of inventory.
   负责备件相关的采购技术支持
6. To manage subordinates in terms of daily work arrangement, training, and etc..
   管理下属的日常工作，培训等
7. To develop partnership and resources, and ensure external service and technical support is available when in emergency.
   维护好内外部的客户和资源，确保外部的服务和技术支持在经济情况下能得到
8. To take part in SGL Excellence and observe relevant rules and regulations.
   遵守SGL的规章制度。
9. Follow the EHSA rules and regulations, such as (LOTO,PPE, Special operation, supplier management and etc )
   遵守安全管理相关的法规和制度，例如（挂牌上锁，劳防用品，特种作业，供应商管理等）
10. There will be 50% travel
   会有50%的出差

Main Requirements:
岗位要求：
1. College degree, major in electrical automation or equivalent
   大专以上学历，电气自动化相关专业
2. Be familiar with CNC operating system, Siemens is preferred.
   熟悉数控系统，最好是西门子系统
3. Be familiar with heat treatment furnace or similar experience
   熟悉热处理炉或者类似经验 
4. Be familiar with machine mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and lubricating systems.
   熟悉设备的机械，电气，液压，气动及润滑系统
5. Be familiar with Siemens PLC S7-300 or S7-400.
   熟悉西门子PLC S7-300 或S7-400
6. Rich knowledge and competence to solve machine electrical failures.
   有丰富的解决电气故障经验
7. Good communication skills in Chinese and English, especially for cross-functional communications 
   良好的中英文沟通能力，特别是横向沟通技巧
