生产计划

Key Accountabilities 主要职责:
• Based on the master plan to set-up the daily plan of machining and purification.
根据主计划进行机加工和纯化的日计划排产。
• Follow the completion status of the daily plan, adapt the daily plan according to the actual process of the work orders and shifts, to meet the OTD requirements. In case any WO cannot meet the OTD requirements, shall communicate with the related foreman try to settle and escalate.
实时跟踪日计划完成情况，并根据实际订单完成情况与班次调整日计划排产以达成及时交付要求。如果有订单无法满足交期要求，应及时与领班沟通寻找解决方案，并及时上报。
• Communicate with production and sales colleagues to clarify production workload and order status.
与生产以及销售的同事沟通，澄清生产订单状态和生产负荷情况。
• Base on the workload, develop the shifts’ and overtime requirements weekly.
根据生产负荷情况，提供每周班次与加班需求。
• Purification daily plan, clarify the sample requirements and optimize the loading rate of the furnace.  
纯化日排产，明确样件要求，优化每炉装载率。
• Online WO change management.  
在制工单的变更管理。
• Work together with cross teams to analyze delayed reasons for customer orders and figure out the action plan for future.
和其它团队一起分析订单延误的原因，找出整改措施。
• Develop digital tools to follow up the daily plan completion rate daily and weekly submit the following and analyze report. 
开发数字化工具进行每日的日计划完成率的跟踪，并形成周报以汇报日计划完成情况与分析。

Skills 技能要求：

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or related engineering major.
本科学历，机械或相关专业。 
• Have knowledge of machining and planning experience.
具有机加工知识和排产经验。 
• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings.
能够熟练阅读机械图纸。
• Familiar with AI software and have the capability to develop the digital tools for planning.
善于使用AI相关软件，并有能力开发服务于计划部门相关工作的数字化软件。 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as SAP.
熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint、Word等Office办公软件以及SAP。
• A proactive thinker with attention to detail.
积极主动，注重细节。
• Team attitude; eager to cooperate with others, has exceptional interpersonal-communication skills.
良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力。
