Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)
What to expect:
- Managing all aspects of employee recruitment and hiring processes
- Entering and updating records in the HR and payroll software, archiving documentation
- Managing the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)
- Preparing HR summaries, reports, and analyses
- Implementing training plans and organizing informational and instructional meetings
- Organizing and coordinating the employee performance evaluation process
- Preparing documentation for both internal and external audits
What we're looking for:
- Higher education in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR department within an international environment
- Strong knowledge of labor law regulations, including the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)
- General knowledge of regulations related to remuneration, social security allowances (ZUS), and income tax (PDOF)
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on setting the right priorities
- English language proficiency at a B2 (upper-intermediate) level, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software; knowledge of Enova365 or SAP is beneficial
- High level of personal culture and well-developed communication and teamwork skills
