Customer Services Representative

We are looking for a new Customer Services Representative to join our team at our plant in Muir of Ord. This is a great opportunity for an individual that is hardworking and is keen to be part of an existing business that continues to grow.

Your Opportunity: 

▪ Process customer and regional sales office enquiries and orders and act as the main liaison between Muir of Ord and sales team

▪ Participate in morning Logistics Meeting to ensure any new orders are reviewed in a timely manner

▪ Add Sales Orders to SAP and liaise with Production Planning regarding despatch dates

▪ Monthly sales reporting for SGL CARBON FIBERS Ltd including on time deliveries, complaints and other customer service topics

▪ Position requires adaptability. Individual must be flexible to serve in multiple roles in customer relations, logistics and inventory management, meeting / activity coordinator and order priority scheduling.

▪ In conjunction with scheduling and production departments in Muir of Ord, participate in the setting of production priorities and product requirements

▪ To take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work

▪ Provide administration support to Supply Chain Manager as required

▪ Maintain customer files, order/ quote data base system

Your Profile: 

Must have broad range experience in:

▪ All aspects of office operations

▪ Customer service, planning and follow-up

▪ Order processing

▪ Shipping documentation / shipping modes

•Must posses sound interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skill

• Proficient in PC based systems

• Must be highly organized and detail oriented

• Sales Office experience (1 year minimum)

• HNC or equivalent in appropriate subject

• Operate with a minimal amount of direct supervision

• Language skills (German or French) preferable

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
