Outside Services Coordinator

72,000 - 108,000

 

SCHEDULE:

Flex Schedule M-Thu 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Fridays 7: 00 am - 11:00 am

 

SUMMARY OF JOB CONTENTS:

This position serves as a communication bridge between the company and outside services such as contractors and vendors. The position is responsible for performing routine activities including data entry for work orders utilizing SAP, assist in prioritizing and scheduling planned work activities through contractors and vendors which includes gathering stocked parts or kits for specific work orders if needed. 


ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•    Generate equipment service schedules, preventative maintenance tasks, Projects, and daily Routines.
•    Coordinates all purchases on Blanket Purchase Orders to ensure parts are properly charged to work orders, WBS Elements and ensure Blanket purchase orders are not overspent. 
•    Coordinate scheduling of contractors and service providers between Maintenance dept. and Operations for maintenance and project work completion. Perform necessary Lock-Out procedures to repair, replace or service equipment. 
•    Revise scheduled tasks according to production schedule changes and demands
•    Efficiently uses computer software to enter data and values for P.O Tracking and other expenditure reports as well as creating work orders.
•    Responsible for the upkeep of all OSHA and L&I required inspections and certifications. Which include Fire systems, Pressure vessels, DAS system, Radio System, etc. 
•    Ensures spare parts are available for Contractor and Service visit needs, i.e. PCIS, etc. 
•    Adhere to all company Safety, Health & Environmental policies, HR policies and any other policies and procedures.
•    Required to work on-site and provide onsite support.
•    Other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
•    High School diploma or GED
•    Excellent organizational skills.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills including discretion, confidentiality and ability to work in a professional manner including working well with all levels of individuals in the organization.
•    Working knowledge and efficient use of computers and Microsoft Office. 
•    Ability to effectively communicate with team members, including open discussions with Production planning when coordinating Maintenance activities.
•    Ability to make independent judgments which have minor impacts on the organization. 
•    Mechanically inclined, which includes basic knowledge of tooling and proper usage. 
•    Experience with LOTO procedures.
•    Ability to multitask and work well under pressure when necessary. 
•    Self-motivated individual that requires minimal supervision.   


PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCES:
•    Associate degree in Business, Technical, or related field or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
•    Experience with forklift, and various types of arial lifts.
•    Specialized course work in Maintenance repairs/ Maint. Activity and or Project administration or planning.
•    Two (2) years of increasingly responsible related experience, 
•    SAP/MES knowledge and experience.
