Head of Performance and Process Management (f/m/d)

Your Opportunity:

  • Drive the implementation of a standardized process landscape for Global Purchasing in accordance with the overall business strategy across all relevant fields
  • Responsible for the performance monitoring system for Global Purchasing in the areas of financials (KPIs), process performance (PPIs) and program management at a global base
  • Lead the Supplier Performance Management with respect to supplier evaluation, quality assurance and risk management
  • Draft Global Purchasing (GP) policies, standards and strategies and drive operationalization such as vendor qualification, assessment or risk management
  • Benchmark purchasing processes internally and externally to develop best practices and performance metric for advanced process automation and digitalization
  • Responsible for the efficiency and performance of the operational procurement HUB as a shared service center for Europe
  • Ensure compliance of GP with all applicable policies, such as standards for risk management, safety, environmental and social compliance (ESG, CSR) as well as applicable legislation (e.g. EU Taxonomy)
  • Functional Leadership of our operational Buyer Team in Portugal


Your Profile:

  • Master or Diploma degree in the field of Business Studies or similar with focus on Quality Management, IT Systems, Business Processes and Controlling
  • At least 7 years of experience in Procurement Processes and Performance Management in an international environment of an industrial company
  • Advanced experience in project and program management and proven skills in SAP BW + MM, MS Office and spend analytics
  • Proven and confident leadership skills in an intercultural context
  • Fluent in English and German
