We are looking for a detail-oriented Operational Procurement Buyer to support transactional procurement tasks and help optimize our procurement processes. If you thrive in a dynamic, international environment and have a passion for procurement, we would love to hear from you!

Your opportunity:

• Process and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely execution
• Track deliveries and manage any delays or past-due shipments
• Act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Address and resolve issues, complaints, and discrepancies
• Support operational and back-office tasks efficiently
• Build strong, sustainable relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with purchasing processes and procedures
• Provide input and feedback on supplier performance
• Maintain and update Master Data in the SAP system
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements 

Your profile:

• Language skills: Good level of German and English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Education: A university degree is a plus
• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar Purchasing or Procurement role is a plus
• Technical skills: SAP knowledge is a plus
• Soft skills: Strong teamwork, organization, and efficiency in workload planning
• Customer focus: A proactive mindset with a sharp internal customer focus
