E&I Manager

Your opportunity:

• Lead, build, develop the Electrical, Instruments and Calibration maintenance teams
• Manage the PPM schedules and spare parts strategies with his maintenance engineers and team supervisor.
• Enforce mandatory inspections in accordance with the official certification compliances.
• Participate in process teams, lead asset health initiatives, and champion asset health improvement and production process stability by driving the consistent application of reliability centered maintenance and root cause analysis.
• Adhering to budget requirements
• Achieving agreed KPI's
• Manage the outsourcing contracts and their KPIs

Your profile:

• Electrical / Automation Engineering Master degree
• Electrical and Automation experience of at least 5 years in industrial environment, using CMMS software
• Experience of pragmatically leading teams and behavioral coaching
• Focus on Health & Safety behavior
• Familiar with Maintenance KPI’s and budgets
• A practical understanding and application of legal compliance in a maintenance environment
• Outgoing individual who enjoys engaging in collaboration with various stakeholders and contribute to the maintenance strategies using LEAN tools and practices

Fluent in Portuguese and English
