Production Operator

As we continue to grow and develop our operations, we are looking for new Production Operators to join our plant in Mytholmroyd. This is a great opportunity for individuals that are hardworking and keen to be part of an existing business that continues to grow. We are looking for operators for day shift only & nightshift only.

Your Opportunity:

• As appropriate, the efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment and machinery, associated with both the segment and filters businesses.
• Complete documentation as required as part of traceability system.
• Minimise waste by effective use of materials and equipment
• Carry out product inspection and report defects to supervisor.
• Loading and unloading of raw materials and completed products as required.
• Good housekeeping of work area and removal of waste product, in line with 5S requirements
• Complying with Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
• Undertake reasonable duties & tasks as required by Management

Your Profile:

• Proven production experience, preferably from within a similar environment.
• Able to demonstrate experience of working to statutory and company requirements on Health & Safety, Quality and Environment.
• Evidence of setting high work standards and a commitment to quality.
• Evidence of adaptability and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to operate successfully and effectively in a team.
• Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships.

Salary:

Dayshift only £26,801.57 (£13.22p/h)

Nightshift only £29,780.04 (£14.68p/h)
