We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an:

Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d)

(Temporary Position - Sick Leave Cover)

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments

Your opportunity:

• Handling the full accounts payable process with efficiency and attention to detail
• Verifying invoice amounts, payment terms, and applicable sales tax
• Ensuring correct coding of down payments and invoices to general ledger accounts
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records
• Communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies, confirm payments, and secure available cash discounts
• Investigating and resolving outstanding balances via phone, email, or mail
• Collaborating with global production sites and corporate teams

Your Profile:

• A university degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance, or relevant experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory); additional language skills in Polish, French, Portuguese, or Italian are a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A professional, collaborative, and solution-focused attitude in interactions with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently
• Ability to thrive both as an individual contributor and as part of a team
• Prior experience with SAP is a strong advantage
