Technical Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead technical workshop with targets to provide "Smart Solutions" according to PG instruction
  • Proactively develop accounts in accordance to the strategy set by the relevant Product Groups
  • Provide constant input to the strategy based on market knowledge and new knowledge gained through accounts.
  • On time reporting in the global PG network.
  • Align all necessary functions and ensures common understanding by sharing sales execution updates and jointly discussing new findings in the organization.
  • Support Sales organization to acquire new opportunities using his contacts and expertise. 
  • Compile workshop results and shares them with the relevant functions in a timely manner. 
  • Keep account and technical information in CRM up to date.
  • Support sales in regular forecasting sessions.
  • Improve execution and processes pro-actively and continuously.


Main Requirements:

  • University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or Physics
  • More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor or PV Silicon based manufacturing industry
  • English language: business level
  • Deep Knowledge of: Manufacturing process chain of semiconductors
  • Basic Knowledge of: Graphite / Ceramic material
